Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Strategic Sourcing Manager will deliver category management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management for both IT and non-IT suppliers in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a spend category expert, maintaining in-depth knowledge of trends and market practices
• Implement comprehensive category plans, including supplier rationalization and cost savings strategies
• Design and lead strategic sourcing initiatives, executing projects that deliver cost savings and manage supplier relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in category management, sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
• Category knowledge in both IT and non-IT areas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
