Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Strategic Sourcing Manager will deliver category management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management for both IT and non-IT suppliers, working in a hybrid or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a spend category expert for IT and non-IT categories, maintaining in-depth knowledge of market trends and key suppliers
• Implement comprehensive category plans, including supplier rationalization and cost savings strategies, while executing strategic sourcing projects
• Lead complex negotiations with suppliers and manage full lifecycle contract activities, ensuring compliance with service level agreements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in category management, sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
• Category knowledge in IT and non-IT sectors
• Experience in sourcing, procurement, and third-party risk management, preferably in a regulated environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with AI solutions in sourcing and procurement
