Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Managing the implementation of supply chain initiatives, the full-time Strategic Sourcing Manager will oversee multiple projects, drive business systems strategy, and deliver data-driven insights in a remote work environment from Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm EST.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize supply chain management initiatives and projects
• Develop and drive the overall business systems strategy and roadmap
• Lead analytical teams and mentor staff on healthcare analytics and technical skills

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Relevant experience in supply chain management or healthcare analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience in strategic planning and project management
