Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Supporting internal business stakeholders, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Manager will manage third-party supplier relationships, execute sourcing strategies, and lead competitive sourcing processes while ensuring effective vendor management and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business unit needs
• Lead the competitive sourcing process, including RFX development and proposal analysis
• Perform ongoing vendor due diligence and manage contract negotiations and renewals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, accounting, finance, supply chain, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, including sourcing and vendor management
• Proven contract negotiating skills and experience with vendor management concepts
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Experience with automated procurement solutions, including P2P and e-auctions
