Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Driving sourcing strategies to deliver measurable value, the fully remote Strategic Sourcing Manager will lead end-to-end source-to-contract processes, manage complex spend categories, and negotiate favorable agreements while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple categories of goods and services
• Design and manage RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs while partnering with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and proposal evaluation
• Develop negotiation strategies and secure enterprise-wide agreements to optimize total cost of ownership and minimize risks

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate procurement/strategic sourcing with a track record of delivering cost savings
• Demonstrated expertise in category management and developing comprehensive sourcing strategies
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, and Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure favorable terms and conditions
