Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end procurement for Open Systems and Cloud client work, the remote Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing will manage a high-performing team, drive complex deal strategies, and serve as a trusted commercial advisor to executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own procurement processes including quotes, renewals, and asset management for Open Systems and Cloud
• Lead and develop a team focused on revenue-supporting outcomes and track pod-level KPIs
• Partner with stakeholders to optimize sourcing strategies and enhance stakeholder experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain management
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams in a sourcing or procurement function
• Proven experience with complex, high-value IT deals and enterprise sourcing initiatives
• Strong executive level communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrixed, fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
