Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

To optimize costs and improve supplier performance, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Manager will develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and lead competitive bidding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category-specific sourcing strategies aligned with business needs and budget objectives
• Conduct comprehensive supplier evaluations and manage competitive bid processes, including RFx development
• Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers while monitoring performance against established KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or related field
• 5-7 years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in facilities management or real estate
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost savings
• Experience managing strategic supplier relationships and conducting competitive sourcing processes
• Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
