Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Acting as a core engine for strategic sourcing and procurement operations, the full-time Strategic Sourcing Manager will own the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle for contracts valued between $25k and $250k, manage procurement operations, and lead the digital transformation of the intake-to-pay infrastructure in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the sourcing and negotiation lifecycle for mid-tier contracts, focusing on SaaS, Tech, and Professional Services
• Lead the implementation of the Intake-to-Pay (P2P) platform, collaborating with IT, Legal, and Finance for seamless rollout
• Analyze spend data to identify trends and provide insights for the annual Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) process while building cross-functional relationships

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement operations, or supply chain management, preferably in a tech or healthcare environment
• Proven track record of negotiating mid-tier technology (SaaS), Marketing, Consulting, and Professional Services contracts
• Hands-on experience with modern Procurement/P2P software and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to structure and analyze spend data effectively
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple fast-moving sourcing projects simultaneously
