Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

To support health system clients, the fully remote Strategic Sourcing Manager will oversee complex laboratory supply chain projects, focusing on delivering savings, quality improvements, and effective client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify savings and process improvements aligned with business objectives
• Lead competitive sourcing processes, including RFPs, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
• Manage client relationships by building trust and applying change management practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or a science major preferred
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management
• Experience in project management with full lifecycle Supply Chain Strategy engagements
• Proficiency in analytics for measuring and improving efficiencies
• Proven experience in operational improvements and business case development
