Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of sourcing specialists, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Manager will deliver end-to-end strategic sourcing for facility management services, balancing hands-on execution with capability building and stakeholder management to drive procurement excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sourcing specialists, ensuring performance consistency and professional growth
• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy and execution for assigned client accounts, including complex RFPs and supplier negotiations
• Establish supplier performance management frameworks and drive contract compliance and risk mitigation across the supplier base

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of strategic sourcing experience
• 3-5 years of people management and/or account management experience
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Procurement
