Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Leading strategic sourcing initiatives, the full-time hybrid Strategic Sourcing Manager will oversee a multi-million-dollar spend portfolio, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate with senior leaders across Corporate Functions to drive business value and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives and global procurement priorities
• Lead strategic sourcing activities, including market analysis, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract strategy
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships and performance programs while driving value creation through analytics and process improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management within a global organization
• Experience managing categories such as HR Services, Professional Services, or Corporate Travel
• Proven success leading and developing teams, with strong expertise in supplier management and negotiations
• Experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar systems
