Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Focused on driving cost savings and supplier consolidation, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Manager will manage sourcing strategies for indirect categories, execute competitive sourcing events, and lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve favorable terms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed sourcing strategies for assigned indirect categories, identifying cost-reduction opportunities
• Plan and execute competitive sourcing events (RFx, auctions) using the Coupa Sourcing module
• Conduct analysis of supplier proposals and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Category Management with a focus on Indirect Spend
• Hands-on experience with Coupa modules
• Strong financial acumen and advanced analytical skills
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and external suppliers
