Job Summary

Utilizing category-specific expertise, the fully remote Manager of Strategic Sourcing Category Management will define procurement strategies, coordinate sourcing activities, and negotiate complex contracts with suppliers while fostering long-term business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Define and review procurement strategy and project pipeline
• Coordinate sourcing activities and manage analysts to achieve category goals
• Negotiate and execute complex contracts with suppliers while maintaining collaborative relationships with business partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, or related disciplines
• 5+ years of experience within the pertinent category
• Proven ability to build impactful relationships with internal clients and key influencers
• Advanced oral and written communication skills in a complex business environment
