Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

To optimize costs and enhance supplier performance, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Manager will develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and lead competitive bidding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category-specific sourcing strategies aligned with business needs and budget objectives
• Manage supplier relationships throughout the contract lifecycle, monitoring performance against established KPIs
• Conduct comprehensive supplier evaluations and negotiate terms, pricing, and service level agreements to achieve optimal value

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field
• 5-7 years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in facilities management or related industries
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost savings and favorable contract terms
• Experience managing strategic supplier relationships and conducting competitive sourcing processes
• Proficiency with procurement systems, contract management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
