Strategic Sourcing Manager
Job Summary
To support the organization's sourcing initiatives, the fully remote Strategic Sourcing Manager will develop and execute sourcing strategies, lead competitive RFP processes, and manage supplier negotiations and performance across various categories.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key products and services, including RFP development and supplier evaluations
- Lead supplier negotiations, focusing on pricing, contract terms, and performance management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sourcing strategies and risk management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline
- 5-8 years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain experience
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing RFPs and supplier negotiations
- Experience conducting financial and total-cost-of-ownership analysis
- Familiarity with Jaggaer Advanced Sourcing Optimizer
