Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist II to lead supplier negotiations and contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Requests for Information and Proposals (RFI, RFP) to understand market dynamics
• Lead pricing and contract negotiations, assisting with strategy and messaging
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract language protects the organization's interests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in project management or negotiations
• Procurement experience in contracting, sourcing, or category management
• Experience in healthcare and/or government contracts is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, preferably in the Eastern or Central Time Zones
