Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist I, responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to manage sourcing projects and negotiate contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage low to medium complexity sourcing projects, including statements of work and agreements
• Manage up to 20 concurrent sourcing projects in various stages of completion
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities and participate in initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing projects and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in office technology tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business, healthcare, supply chain, law, or equivalent preferred
• One year of experience in healthcare contracting and sourcing
• Experience with sourcing methodologies and negotiation strategies preferred
