Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert and procurement authority for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services, managing strategy, sourcing, and supplier governance
• Independently lead RFx processes, developing scopes of work and managing supplier communications throughout the lifecycle
• Analyze supplier pricing and performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with contractual terms and service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories
• Ability to independently lead complex RFx processes from initiation to contract execution
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
