Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end strategy, sourcing, and supplier governance for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services
• Lead complex RFx processes independently, developing scopes of work and managing supplier communications
• Analyze supplier pricing and performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories
• Ability to independently lead complex RFx processes
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Proven track record of excellent customer service
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
