Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

Driving efficient acquisition of goods and services, the full-time Strategic Sourcing Specialist will oversee the sourcing lifecycle, manage competitive bids, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal supplier relationships, with the flexibility to work remotely, hybrid, or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and implement efficient sourcing strategies through the RFx process
• Prepare and manage competitive bids, including proposal review and contract negotiations
• Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain management
• Relevant certifications in supply chain or procurement preferred
• Project management and process improvement experience preferred
• Previous IT procurement experience highly desired
