Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting Product Development Services clients, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Specialist will manage supplier and operational improvements, lead strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support and follow-up to operations teams for RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes
• Create and track Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals, and new services
• Analyze compliance reporting and conduct system audits to ensure accurate KPI reporting

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of strategic sourcing experience
• Strong analytical ability and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work independently while supporting teams in a decentralized environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in construction, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing categories preferred
