Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a growing client account, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Specialist will manage optimization of services operations and sourcing strategies while delivering market and operational intelligence to internal stakeholders and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management
• Conduct periodic market trend analysis and report findings to stakeholders in a client-ready format
• Oversee the implementation and communication of regional and national programs while ensuring compliance with sourcing policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
• 3+ years of indirect strategic sourcing or related experience
• Project management and business transitions experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications
