Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To support Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Specialist will manage sourcing strategies, deliver market intelligence, and lead pricing negotiations while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence to optimize managed services operations
• Run the RFP process, negotiate scope and pricing with partners, and present findings to clients
• Conduct periodic market trend analysis and report insights to stakeholders in a client-ready format

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 3+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
• Proficiency in data analytics and advanced Excel skills
• Experience in project management and business transitions preferred
• Knowledge of Union Wage Contracts and negotiation experience
• Strong analytical ability and proven leadership skills in a decentralized environment
