Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To support Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Specialist will manage sourcing strategies, deliver market intelligence, and oversee supplier relationships to optimize service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide market trend analysis and report findings to stakeholders to enhance sourcing strategies
• Implement and coordinate national programs while ensuring compliance with sourcing policies and procedures
• Lead supplier performance reviews and support the development of diversity programs in alignment with client requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
• Proven project management and business transition experience preferred
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills
