Job Summary

Driving innovation and operational excellence, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Specialist will manage category management strategies, leveraging technology to create scalable solutions while executing sourcing events and supporting procurement transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate category management strategies into technology-enabled solutions using advanced tools like PowerBI and Tableau
• Conduct sourcing events from design through supplier selection, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Support procurement transformation by identifying process improvements and implementing best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on procurement or category management experience with demonstrated sourcing execution
• Proven experience with e-sourcing platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, or Jaggaer
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization and reporting
• Experience in procurement transformation or change management initiatives
