Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To support Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Specialist will deliver market intelligence, manage supplier relationships, and execute sourcing strategies while collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide market trend analysis and report findings to stakeholders in a client-ready format
• Manage RFP processes, including bid leveling and supplier recommendations using Excel and PowerPoint
• Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management on contractual terms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
• Proven project management and business transition experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours
