Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To support Integrated Facilities clients, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Specialist will manage sourcing strategies, deliver market intelligence, and optimize service operations while collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient sourcing processes and strategies focused on cost savings and supplier consolidation
• Lead sourcing-related functions, including due diligence, RFP execution, and supplier onboarding
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates to ensure alignment and satisfaction across teams

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience, particularly in facility services
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
• Experience in identifying process improvements and driving initiatives with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
