Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

As the Specialist, Strategic Sourcing - Construction & Project Management, the full-time remote position will manage the procurement lifecycle for construction and facilities sourcing, including supplier management, RFx execution, and process standardization across multiple project portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary procurement expert for construction and facilities categories, leading sourcing strategy and supplier governance
• Independently manage the RFx processes, including bid strategy development and contract execution
• Standardize project specifications and contract templates to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience in construction or facilities-related services
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, including financial analysis and bid leveling
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex RFx processes independently
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
