Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To support Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Specialist will manage sourcing strategies, deliver market intelligence, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence to enhance sourcing strategies and client benefits
• Perform market trend analysis and report findings to stakeholders in a client-ready format
• Manage the RFP/bid process, including proposal analysis and supplier recommendations using Excel and PowerPoint

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
• Experience in project management and business transitions preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical ability and proven leadership skills in a decentralized environment
• Ability to work Eastern Standard or Central Time hours
