Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To support Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Specialist will manage sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and market analysis to optimize operations and drive value for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence to execute strategic initiatives and support sourcing strategies
• Conduct pricing negotiations and manage supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with sourcing policies
• Analyze data and market trends to provide insights and support the development of diversity programs and supplier performance reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 3+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
• Proficiency in data analytics and Excel for large data analysis
• Experience with project management and business transitions preferred
• Knowledge of union wage contracts and negotiation skills
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications
