Strategic Sourcing Specialist
Job Summary
To support Integrated Facilities clients, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Specialist will manage sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and operational intelligence to optimize services and drive cost savings.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standardized sourcing processes and strategies focused on cost savings and supplier performance
- Lead sourcing-related functions, including due diligence, RFP execution, and supplier onboarding while ensuring compliance with policies
- Provide regular updates and communication to stakeholders, managing expectations and leading Quarterly Business Reviews with key suppliers
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical ability with a proven track record of excellent customer service
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with procurement systems (i.e., Jaggaer or Ariba) is highly desired
