Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Strategic Sourcing Specialist will support Integrated Facilities clients by optimizing managed services operations and sourcing strategies, while delivering market and operational intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management
• Develop and implement standardized sourcing processes and strategies focused on cost savings and supplier diversity
• Lead sourcing-related functions, including supplier assessments, RFP execution, and ensuring compliance with sourcing policies

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories, preferably in facility services
• Proven track record of excellent customer service and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with procurement systems such as Jaggaer or Ariba is highly desired
