Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To support client transitions, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Specialist will manage complex sourcing initiatives, execute RFx processes, and lead contract negotiations while ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute multiple concurrent RFx processes, managing all phases from strategy development to supplier selection
• Execute advanced sourcing projects during client transitions, ensuring seamless implementation and operational readiness
• Negotiate complex vendor agreements and coordinate with Legal & Risk teams to align contractual terms with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution
• 3+ years of strategic sourcing experience with expertise in managing RFx events
• Proven track record in executing end-to-end RFx campaigns while managing multiple concurrent initiatives
• Strong negotiation skills with success in securing favorable vendor agreements in complex environments
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly advanced Excel for financial modeling and data analysis
