Strategic Sourcing Specialist III

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Strategic Sourcing Specialist III will independently manage supply chain expense optimization, collaborate with clinical and operational leadership, and execute negotiation strategies to enhance product and service procurement within healthcare services.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced analytics and scenario assessments to inform business operations regarding Total Cost of Ownership impacts
• Develop and implement negotiation strategies with suppliers and manage contractual agreements for assigned categories
• Monitor portfolio expenses post-contract execution to ensure compliance and identify savings opportunities through renegotiation and RFP processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Minimum of four years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management
• Experience in contract management and category management
• Ability to independently negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts
• Strong analytical skills for financial comparisons and value-based decision-making
