Job Summary
To support a growing AI-native consulting practice, the full-time Strategic Talent Advisor will design and execute talent strategies, lead recruiting efforts for experienced practitioners and early-career talent, and shape development experiences, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to create and implement a talent strategy that fosters growth and organizational capability
- Lead proactive recruiting strategies for both experienced AI practitioners and early-career talent
- Advise on workforce planning and team composition while monitoring talent pipeline health and effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in HR, talent, or people leadership, preferably in a technology or consulting environment
- Proven success in recruiting senior technical talent through proactive sourcing
- Experience with early-career development and cohort-based onboarding for technical talent
- Ability to influence workforce planning and organizational design at the leadership level
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
