Key responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to close, ensuring quality and speed in the candidate experience
  • Audit and enhance recruiting workflows by integrating AI tools and eliminating manual processes
  • Deliver proactive communication and structured support to hiring teams, presenting data-driven insights to senior leadership
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-paced tech environments, specifically for GTM roles
  • Proven ability to design and implement intelligent workflows that leverage AI tools
  • Experience in high-velocity, outbound-heavy recruiting operations
  • Strong strategic partnership skills with leadership, demonstrating sound judgment and accountability
  • Deep interest in AI research and the technology ecosystem, with a focus on improving talent processes
