Job Summary
To transform the talent acquisition process, the remote Strategic Talent Lead will manage full-cycle recruiting, implement AI-driven enhancements, and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to close, ensuring quality and speed in the candidate experience
- Audit and enhance recruiting workflows by integrating AI tools and eliminating manual processes
- Deliver proactive communication and structured support to hiring teams, presenting data-driven insights to senior leadership
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-paced tech environments, specifically for GTM roles
- Proven ability to design and implement intelligent workflows that leverage AI tools
- Experience in high-velocity, outbound-heavy recruiting operations
- Strong strategic partnership skills with leadership, demonstrating sound judgment and accountability
- Deep interest in AI research and the technology ecosystem, with a focus on improving talent processes
