Job Summary

Aligning with the Go-To-Market function, the remote VP Strategic Talent Leader will architect and execute an AI-enabled talent strategy to enhance organizational capability and drive business performance through collaboration with HR teams and advanced analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with business leaders to provide strategic insights on organizational and people-related strategies
• Lead talent management and development plans for GTM teams, focusing on leadership quality and workforce capabilities
• Analyze workforce trends and forecast future labor requirements to support workforce planning and succession management

Required qualifications

• Progressive HR experience with a focus on strategic talent management and workforce planning
• Proven expertise in people analytics and AI/ML applications in HR
• Strong business acumen with a track record of linking talent strategies to business outcomes
• Deep expertise in leadership development, performance management, and executive succession
• Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and VP+ leaders
