Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Technical Customer Success Manager to serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CISOs and security leaders, guiding technical findings to business impact
  • Lead customer onboarding and engagement for deep adoption of the Hyver platform, interpreting cyber exposure models
  • Manage service engagements, ensuring alignment with customer risk priorities and translating findings into executive-level insights
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cyber risk management, or technical customer success in enterprise environments
  • Experience working directly with CISOs or executive stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of cyber risk analysis and familiarity with frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK
  • Ability to reason about attack paths and security findings across various environments
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
