Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Executive to own and scale partnerships with industry-leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and operationalize a comprehensive go-to-market plan with Technology Strategic Alliances to generate pipeline
  • Oversee opportunity creation and evolution, driving value for customers and partners
  • Track and report KPIs related to influenced pipeline and collaborate with various departments to build accurate attribution models


Required Qualifications
  • 15-20 years of total professional experience, particularly with CCaaS, AI, and/or CRM
  • Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems and SaaS business models
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through strategic technology partnerships
  • Strong operational discipline and experience with CRM tools and partnership platforms
  • Experience in both start-up and enterprise SaaS/AI environments preferred
