Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Executive to own and scale partnerships with industry-leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and operationalize a comprehensive go-to-market plan with Technology Strategic Alliances to generate pipeline
- Oversee opportunity creation and evolution, driving value for customers and partners
- Track and report KPIs related to influenced pipeline and collaborate with various departments to build accurate attribution models
Required Qualifications
- 15-20 years of total professional experience, particularly with CCaaS, AI, and/or CRM
- Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems and SaaS business models
- Proven track record of driving revenue through strategic technology partnerships
- Strong operational discipline and experience with CRM tools and partnership platforms
- Experience in both start-up and enterprise SaaS/AI environments preferred
