Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Total Rewards Partner to join their People team remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on total rewards, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Lead the evolution of global rewards strategies to support growth, retention, and workforce planning priorities
  • Design and manage global incentive frameworks, equity programs, and related governance structures
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in total rewards across India and the US
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and managing compensation programs, including equity plans and 409A valuations
  • Strong understanding of job leveling, pay structures, and market benchmarking methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in Workday, particularly in Advanced Compensation configuration
  • Experience managing compensation cycles within Workday, including plan configuration and audit reporting
