Job Summary
Managing end-to-end customer parts fulfillment, the full-time Strategic Transaction Manager will ensure timely resolution of customer issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee international shipments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute customer parts fulfillment across the order lifecycle and manage Order-to-Remittance activities
- Interface with internal and external customers to meet order fulfillment needs and sales targets
- Oversee material shortages, returns, and manage all international shipments, ensuring compliance with logistics requirements
Required qualifications
- Advanced experience in Services and Customer Order & Fulfillment operations
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with relevant professional experience
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Services, Customer Order, Fulfillment, or related functions
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international trade, including import and export of goods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software and knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems
