Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Transactions Manager, Software GTM.

Key Responsibilities

Own execution of live transactions on the platform from onboarding through completion
Coordinate multiple stakeholders to keep deals on track and progressing
Drive adoption of the platform across internal teams and external counterparties

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project finance, structured finance, infrastructure, fintech, or a related field
Strong understanding of transaction execution in the renewable energy industry
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Ownership-driven and proactive in anticipating and resolving issues
Tech-forward with an interest in how software and AI can improve workflows
