Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Workforce Planner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive workforce analysis to identify current and future workforce gaps and challenges within federal agencies
• Gather, interpret, and analyze workforce data to inform strategic planning efforts
• Develop workforce strategies and action plans that align with federal agency objectives and priorities

Required Qualifications:

• Solid experience in workforce planning, with a proven track record of supporting federal government clients
• Strong understanding of federal workforce regulations, policies, and practices
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and workforce planning software
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
