Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives in a growing healthcare analytics team, the full-time Strategist III, Value Analytics will lead performance improvement analyses, translate complex data into actionable insights, and partner cross-functionally to inform growth priorities and enhance client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement analyses to identify trends and opportunities in patient billing and revenue cycle outcomes
• Translate complex data into persuasive value stories for internal and external stakeholders, focusing on financial and operational impact
• Support strategic workstreams by quantifying value and surfacing insights that inform Cedar's growth priorities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategic analytics, or revenue cycle analytics
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management and patient billing workflows
• Experience using data to diagnose business performance and develop clear recommendations
• Proficiency in working with large datasets and leveraging analytical tools for complex analyses
• Ability to synthesize ambiguous inputs into structured narratives and stakeholder-ready materials
