Strategy Advancement Provider Engagement Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy Advancement Provider Engagement Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to drive improvements in provider engagement and behavior in clinical programs
• Establish and mature teams and work necessary to achieve measurable improvements in provider engagement
• Collaborate with another Director of Strategy Advancement to integrate teams and establish necessary functions and talent

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years in clinical strategy and implementation with at least 5 years of leadership
• Experience in healthcare, payer clinical programs, or value-based care companies
• Experience working closely with product teams and familiarity with product development cycles
• Previous people management experience and established leadership competencies
