Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses across market intelligence, sales analytics, and customer segmentation to support strategic decision-making
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable information across teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems, shape analyses, and deliver clear, actionable solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or analytical discipline
• 2-5 years of professional or academic experience in business analytics or a related field
• Proficient in SQL and Excel; experience with R or Python is a plus
• Strong analytical thinker with a structured approach to solving complex problems
• Exceptionally self-motivated with a high degree of ownership and resourcefulness
