Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Develop compensation plans in collaboration with executive leadership
Maintain targets and generate commission statements while providing actionable insights
Deliver ad-hoc analytics and communicate findings to stakeholders effectively

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in an analytics role or a Master's degree preferred
Experience with SQL and Excel
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Engineering
Experience with PowerBI, SAS, Python, or R is valued
Ability to manage multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment
