Strategy Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time remote Strategy Analyst will provide analysis and strategic recommendations, develop financial models, and produce internal financial reporting to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with finance leadership to develop financial models, including revenue and collections forecasting
• Lead the production of quarterly internal financial reporting and execute key reporting for operational insights
• Provide ad-hoc analytics and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in an analytics role or a Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Engineering
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and loan data
• Familiarity with PowerBI, SAS, Python, or R is valued
