Strategy Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting pricing strategy and commercial analysis, the full-time remote Strategy Analyst will develop insights, conduct competitive research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop analyses and recommendations related to pricing optimization and market positioning
• Conduct competitive research and pricing analyses to identify trends and opportunities across various Cengage businesses
• Gather and analyze data to support strategic business questions and contribute to executive presentations

Required qualifications

• A four-year college degree with 1-3 years of experience in analytics, strategy, or related roles
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity or interest in SQL and Snowflake
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret large datasets and communicate findings effectively
• Interest in pricing strategy and commercial analytics
