Strategy Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic decision-making, the full-time hybrid Strategy Analyst will conduct rigorous analyses of business performance and market trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop analytical tools to enhance insights for executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses to evaluate business performance, market trends, and competitive positioning
• Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to design dashboards and analytical tools
• Present insights in clear formats tailored to executive stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Healthcare Management, Economics, Finance, Data/Analytics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis and financial modeling
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Exceptional communication skills to create and drive strategic narratives
